I made quite a lot of progress on my Autumn Faerie yesterday, nearly completing Section III ... in spite of the frequent color changes in the apple. I feel like one of those Pointilists, you know, the painters who painted with dots back in the late 19th century ... long before computers made the pixel a commonplace graphic arts term. Like those long dead artists, I painstakingly put in just one tiny dot of color and then mix up an entirely new but ever so closely related color and put in one more dot. Well, that may be a bit of an exxageration, I may put in four or five dots of one color before moving on to the next. But that's a Teresa Wentxler piece for you!
