September Giveaway - Fourth Blogaversary

To celebrate my fourth blogaversary, which actually occurred on August 24, I want to do something a little different than my normal giveaway of gently used charts. Instead, I will make an ornament [either Halloween, Christmas or USA Patriotic] for the winner of this drawing. The winner chooses the holiday theme and I will choose an appropriate chart from among my favorite designers. As readers of this blog know, that would include Homespun Elegance, Blackbird Designs, Prairie Schooler and Workbasket.

If you wish to enter your name for this giveaway, the usual conditions will apply:

-- open to all stitchers

-- leave a comment below as to why you are interested in the giveaway: only this time add a note as to whether you prefer a Halloween, a Christmas or a USA patriotic piece.

-- include an e-mail address in your post if clicking on your name will not lead me to an e-mail link

-- a winner will be selected on the 10th of the month and informed by e-mail

--the winner will need to wait a while for the prize, since I will only be starting on the project once the winner is selected

Good luck to all who enter.

What a nice giveaway! I'd love a chance. I'd like a patriotic design. I'd love something patriotic to put near our computer desk- with the baseball things (Their Yankees and my Red Sox!) I started stitching Little House Heart of America last night and that will hang there too....whenever I finish it! Thank you for the chance. Nancy

Happy Blogaversary. You are so generous, Riona. I would love a chance to win. I feel like I have abandoned all my stitching projects for crochet right now, and it would be nice to see a stitchy finish, even if it's not mine. I would love a Halloween ornament, as I don't have any.

Congrats on the blogaversary!

I'd love an ornament stitched by you. I can't do finishing so it'd be nice to have one which actually looked good :-)

I could say a "patriotic one" and ask for a Union Jack and The Queen but I'd rather have a Hallowe'en one, I love all the American Hallowe'en designs and am planning my own stitching this 31st October.

I would very much like to enter this giveaway. I'm interested in this particular as instead of a chart or threads, the prize is more like a personal gift. Time and care put into it as well as a lot of the stitcher herself. I would be honored to win the ornament. I think a Christmas ornament would be nice. Thank you so much for the chance. Congratulations, Riona! How can it be that four years have flown by?

If I won your generous giveaway, I'd enjoy a patriotic design. We just moved back to the US 1 1/2 years ago and I still don't have many patriotic things stitched. :)

Congratulations, Riona! I feel as if I know you a bit because I met you at a Stitcher's Hideaway Retreat (the one where you learned to make twisted cord in the lobby!).
If I'm lucky enough to win, I'd want an American Patriotic themed ornament.

Thanks for the opportunity -
