I know I'm trying to spend every second with the kids while also getting ready for winter (autumn is such a short season!), preparing for a visit from the ILs, starting a new job, cooking, and SO much more! I would be lieing if I said I wasn't looking forward to the completion of the RR circle. (one more to go!) Mainly because I want to work on my own projects. But the RR definately served it's purpose. I met several WONDERFUL people, such as yourself whom I consider my cyberfriends. We may never meet, but I do check your blog at least once a week (whenever work allows) and I know I've said it before, but you really should try your hand at writing a novel. You have such a flair for words and I thoroughly enjoy reading your blog. I've always been to shy to comment. Now you've created a monster! lol I'll try to check in more. I enjoyed seeing other's stitching in person, but it was a real drag on my time and I was glad when it was over.

Don't stop blogging, or thinking no one cares. Facebook is where I stay connected with my real-life family and friends. Only one of them stitches, so I don't bother posting stitching things there. Blogs are the only place I can follow what others are doing, and it really helps motivate me on my stitching (which I do, but seldom blog about.)Sherihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18205508623206574007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7951437392335459355.post-25363300410066497722010-08-26T10:37:23.970-04:002010-08-26T10:37:23.970-04:00So here's a comment- how the heck did you get ...So here's a comment- how the heck did you get so many followers? The Four legs Good blog just kinda sits there, and I know people look at it, just from conversations where some one says "I saw blah-blah on your blog", but nobody follows it! And it's about animals! That's easy to like, right? I think you're a step ahead of us, anyway. (I guess I don't think that what I would have to say is imortant.) Know that many, many people are reading. Lack of comments does not mean that people are not interested in what you have to say or what you are stitching.Evahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04850239593037786644noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7951437392335459355.post-22960724610402916042010-08-26T09:13:56.797-04:002010-08-26T09:13:56.797-04:00And your reasons are exactly the ones I use to avo...And your reasons are exactly the ones I use to avoid round robins and other group projects! As far as commenting goes--I still haven't started a blog but I read a lot of them faithfully while I decide if I want to spend time stitching or blogging. I rarely comment--perhaps I should start so the blogs I enjoy reading will continue.Annnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7951437392335459355.post-41949108498500575922010-08-26T08:23:45.353-04:002010-08-26T08:23:45.353-04:00It's not one sided - People get busy with work...It's not one sided - People get busy with work/kids/chores -

I work a full time job, I have 4 children & run my household (I mow my own yard, cook my own food, clean my own house .....) I enjoy hearing about your work. Your frustrations & your committment to the round robin certainly hit a chord with me, I don't participate in round robins, probably for very similar reasons. I too am a bit of a snob about the type of work (linen, etc) that I do, but my sense of obligation would have me working on things that I don't enjoy just to meet the committment.

I do enjoy your blog, don't feel that a lack of comments indicates a lack of interest.

Keep on blogging.
